The name
St. Louis has called itself the Gateway to the West since the city was the jumping-off point for the frontier, and the Arch on the riverfront made the name stick. We picked it because nearly every house we work on is within sight of that idea: the brick city that grew outward from the river, the county suburbs beyond it and the newer towns across the Missouri.
What we stick to
Foundations and the water around them. Piers, wall repair, crack repair, waterproofing, crawl spaces and concrete leveling. We do not do roofing, remodeling or general handyman work. Staying narrow means every inspection asks the same careful questions about soil, water and structure.
