Your privacy

Here's what we gather when you reach out, why we need it, and the few places it goes.

Last revised November 2026 · Questions: hello@gatewayfoundationworks.com

1. The details you give us

When you fill in the inspection form, we get your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you picked from the list and whatever you write in the notes. When you phone us, our system logs the number you're calling from. A short notice plays at the start of the call because calls may be recorded, which helps us get addresses and callback numbers right.

2. The chat box

The chat window on this site is run for us by an outside provider. Anything you type there, including a name or phone number you leave, comes to us the same way a form does. Your browser keeps your recent chat on your own device for up to 30 days so the conversation is still there if you come back.

3. How we put it to use

We use it to call you back, set the inspection, prepare the written plan and, if you go ahead, schedule the crew and file the permit with the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County or whichever office covers your address. We also keep a job record afterward.

4. Who else sees it

The independent crew who comes to your house, the permit office when a permit's needed, and nobody beyond that. We don't sell your details, and we don't hand them to marketers.

5. Visitor counts, without cookies

We count page visits with a privacy-minded analytics tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. There's no advertising tracker on this site.

6. Your say over it

Want to know what we've got on file, fix a mistake or have it deleted once your job's done? Email hello@gatewayfoundationworks.com and we'll take care of it. If you'd rather a call wasn't recorded, just tell us when it starts. This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home; we don't knowingly collect anything from children.

Seeing a crack you did not see last year?

Call or send the form. An inspector measures the house, explains what is moving and why, and puts the repair and its price on paper before anything is dug.
